well i just launched my own first site this past weekend and thought we'd post it up here to get some opinions. My site is isabellamodel.com

Any advice you guys can give is appreciated. I was trying to post a few examples but it won't let me so check out the site and let me know what you think.

I would fire the designer though.. Or tell whom ever to optimize your pics better before putting them up.

A GIF? This should be a JPG... The one on the left is very pixelated and the one on the right is blue?

i think blog entries have to go from bottom to top, new always on top. picture quality can go up and im sorry but it looks like opened before its fully finished. pages with # links are looking really so amateur. and the video on the join page, im too really not so sure about it. and menu "call me"? lets buy some calling machine anyway not so bad for the first time

Thanks for the mainly positive comments lol. We will have ccbill coming online in about 2 weeks. We had some issues getting around their canadian site rules with visa, now that it's worked out, yay for us. If somebody could give me permission i could post some more sample photos, it keeps giving me errors when i try to....

the 40% is for a good reason actually. This is really reverse thinking on this. We have seen sites that offer 50%-60%-70% of recurrs. They then go out and get as many webmasters as they possibly can to promote the product. So you have lets just say 100 webmasters promoting this site all over the internet. The issue then comes that with more webmasters your webmasters will earn less even though you offer more since the product will be marketed to a certain extreme. The approach we are taking is to limit promotion to a select group of webmasters.

We also are hoping to have a high retainership. We are doing semi-daily updates to the site. I had read reviews before we did the site on other solo girls and it seemed the biggest issue people had with keeping it going for more than a month was the models weren't doing nude work, topless, but not showing it all. Needless to say i do full nude on the site, nude webcam, video, etc. We are also giving away prizes to members, letting member decide what i should wear for photo sets, certain poses/positions/etc. Essentially I want to get members more involved in the site and let them control the flow of things.

Essentially my personal goal is to cater to the member, since they are the most important aspect of the site.

The call me is going up today or tomorrow I believe. i plan on offering paid phone with cam services on a couple sites. Like I said it's only been online a few days and we aren't really openly promoting it yet.

Speaking of promoting what are some good ways besides getting webmasters to actually promote adult sites.

You can tell everyone youre making fansigns, when have fansigns made from you, they can display them on their site, and link it to your site, and let everyone see it.

not sure what to say about that, but think whatever you want. I work closely with the webmaster/photographer. We both came up with that 40% commission number. fansigns could be possible during our next photo shoot which is in about two weeks. we've already had a lot of requests emailed to us. I'm not the one with the camera so i can't just do it on the whim right now.

There are other avenues of getting signups per say cheaper than paying a person 50%. right now it's all hard to say how things are going to go. I have received tonnes of good feedback about my looks and what not. i am hopeful that when ccbill starts taking payments for us it'll be easier.

Myself i'm on the west coast. We also wanted to keep the cost low to the customer. I figure 19.95 is fair and a lower price point then some sites I guess. We'll see how it goes when we start marketing the site, hopefully it takes of well.

youre not forced to do anything

ask yourself: what makes you so special that webmasters will promote you for a lower percentage? its not WHEN you start marketing, your first post here WAS marketing.

I seriously suggest you seek someone with experience within the biz.

yeah they are doing those today or tomorrow. the idea is to do the official launch by monday next week.

So quick question. i have read about TGP submitters like chameleon. so would i just create a gallery and submit it to these sites then? easy as that?
