No I'm not. For example, there's no law here in Brazil about 2257 documents (2257 is an american law).
So if the FBI knocked on my door, here in Sao Paulo, asking for 2257 documents I could tell them to go fuck themselves, they could never arrest me.
What they could do is take my sites down if they were hosted on american servers, or even ban my sites from the US (which is easily done).
