If the US Law-makers foresaw this loophole then I think they could at least stop people funding Epass accounts via the US banking system.
Epass I am sure have looked into it and know the score better than anyone here.

that they are the last company left doing it should raise some eyebrows.
and if US banks stop allowing companies to load money into their epass accounts a la duke dollars it will be all over anyway.
