There's no way it'll involve New Orleans. As bad as that is, it's just not a big enough issue to start civil war.
I see the southwest US as being troublesome. It's becoming Mexico down there, and eventually tempers are going to boil over on both sides.
Many Mexicans believe that in 1848 we stole the southwestern states from Mexico, and that the land is still theirs.
Here's some clips from a protest in California where Mexicans put up an anti-white monument stating ""It was better before they came." They showed up to support the monument, and whites came to protest it. You didn't see this on CNN, did you?
