Just put something like;
"Well mom, you're 61-years-young and still the best mom anyone could ever ask for. I'm lucky to have somebody as special as you in my life. Many more wonderful birthdays to come!"
Or if that doesn't work for you;
"These presents brought to you by porn."
I think the first one will score you more points, though.
