I would STRONGLY suggest NOT doing this. I am not going to get involved in heavy drama here, but I seriously wouldn't go this route if I were anyone here. I don't really want to get into specifics, but this is probably not the route I would go for anything, much less content.

I had a bad time with TAM, its true. But i did nothing wrong, I just saw he wanted webcam content, so I went there and shooted more that 150 pics. After that I just said to him that 50 bucks he offered was not enought to keep running with this [can u imagine me paying 25 bucks for the models foa a day of work???] and the looked like a crazy faggot shouting a million of bullshit at the messenger. And he didnd´t gave me the 50 bucks for the work, heheh. So, I will leave clear here I DO NOT produce content, my biz is design and I have lots of regular clients that are really happy with the results I bring. It was an experience I did, I did for free, and for me to be honest, I don´t want to make a biz like that for 50 bucks. I prefer to give it for free. Now, I´m doing contact with people in brazil that really produces good content just to resell it, and I´m sure I will achieve good results. Anyway I want [again] to say to TAM we had a bad understanding, but seems he really wants to hurt me because of that bad moment. Well, patience then. lets see what the future brings. But I have to leave it clear: I never scam people, I always pay for what I get, and when I have problems producing anything I always give the money back. Thats all folks.

FIRST off, you hit me up and said you HAD this content I was looking for, and I asked you how much, and gave you my budget. You then said you could do this and it wasn't a problem, sent me samples, which weren't all that hot, but was what I was after. THEN, I asked that you send an invoice to my client so it could be paid for and we could use it......

NEXT thing I know, my client is paging me thinking I have lost my mind, the invoice you sent to my client was about 75% LESS content for almost double the price you quoted to me.. So I hit you up, we talked further and again, we came to an agreement and you even gave me a good reference, you told me that you had Bruno Dickman as a reference, so I trusted you a little more at that point........ little did YOU know I am very dear friends with Bruno Dickman and when I spoke to HIM, he didn't have a lot to say about you that was nice either.

Ok on with this........ you THEN wanted me to pay you exclusive prices for content you fully intended to sell to anyone else looking for this type of content, after WE paid you for shooting exclusive content? I DO NOT THINK SO, baby!!

On with it, you shoot this content anyway after you originally told me you had it already and we needed it right then...... so you shoot it, and I had already told you I did NOT want or need it exclusive, so you shoot it ANYWAY and then try and tell me that you think I owe you exclusive prices for content you originally say you HAD and then you knew I didn't want it exclusive.

This went on for THREE DAYS!! I told you over and over I was NOT paying you for exclusive content for you to sell to everyone else for one, and that I didn't WANT exclusive content for another.

I warned you, you didn't want to open this can of worms. But you had to go and do it anyway. You should have listened to your friend on ICQ.

I didnt gave bruno as reference, I just said I worked there and its true. We have dozen of misunderstandings and I said dozen of times I couldn´t handle non exclusive. So, I just wanted to leave it clear, to say I didn´t get any money from you, I did everything for free, for an experience, cause I noticed you needed that content and nobody had it. As I said it was an experience for me and I proposed to start producing it, just in case it worked. I did the experience and it didnt work, and its all. So, once you didn´t got hurt, please, I ask you to put a stone over it. I really didn´t made the best negotioation ever with you, its true, and for that I appologise. But please, I have that kind of stuff and I don´t want to follow with this crap.

You are right there, you didn't get any money form me, simply because you couldn't tell me the truth about anything, so why would I have ever sent you a dime. Once you pulled that with my client, it was pretty much done. But you DID page me and tell me you had that kind of content, in fact, you responded to my thread that I started here about this, saying you had it and to hit you up. DUH! The search seems to be down or I'd show you.....

You have this twisted way of doing business and I didn't understand it. All I DO know is that it went bad, and you kept at me saying I owed you $160 for 50 pics, that I asked for NON exclusively. Who in their right mind is going to pay that for CAM pics? You didn't tell me you didn't have them til much much later. You tried to lure me/us in with your "Oh I got that" thing and it bit you in the face.

I am fully prepared to leave it, as I told you on ICQ, but I also told you not to try and sell this on GFY because I wasn't about to let you do to some other poor soul what you did to me and my clients.

If you are a designer, then so be it, leave it at that and stick to what you know, don't get greedy and try to get into fields you don't know and you won't get caught in the lies and deceit all to make a fast buck. Keep in mind that we aren't all newbies and we don't just fall for something just because you say it is so.

I were very new at this.. and I had aspirations to be a great supplier of brazillian content. so I set up shop.. but now since I had this bad time realize that is more that just taking pics and it has some skills that I dont have yet.
I am sorry for making other you look bad.. and hope that your reputations are not damaged. And since mine was I am working honestly and harder to remove that damage.
If you think I can do something to repair my mistake, I´ll be opened to do it, and I will be very pleased to give you all the contacts I have from the really professional content producers around [and I know people that do it seriously]
Just to finish this I want to say I learnt a lot from this episode, and I really tried to help you since no one had the content you were looking for. That got screwed, I did mistakes, but sometimes the stuff get screwed. Sorry again, and I´m very opened to repair that.
