    Add geography to the growing list of FEMA fumbles.

    And this is NOT Bush fault ... I don't think anybody would consult him on such a .. complicated ... matter ..

    Right city, wrong state

    A South Carolina health official said his colleagues scrambled Tuesday when FEMA gave only a half-hour notice to prepare for the arrival of a plane carrying as many as 180 evacuees to Charleston.

    But the plane, instead, landed in Charleston, West Virginia, 400 miles away.

          Imagine somebody mixing up cities with the same name. Naturally, this could only happen in the United States. The other countries of the World are populated only by perfect people.

              You would think they would realize FEMA got the wrong city as soon as they told them the airport code where the flight was arriving.
