        I know that Asspimple is stoopid ... As he says, it is a FACT !

        But I can't figure out how he can breathe or type , at the same time ....

          Disclosure to Law Enforcement: The AUP specifically prohibits the use of our service for illegal activities. Therefore, Subscriber agrees that the Company may disclose any and all subscriber information including assigned IP numbers, account history, account use, etc. to any law enforcement agent who makes a written request without further consent or notification to the Subscriber. In addition PDG HOSTING shall have the right to terminate all service set forth in this Agreement.

            Yeah, pretty harsh .. Here are e5hosting terms:

            3.3. Disclosure Rights To comply with applicable laws and lawful governmental requests, to protect E5hosting's systems and customers, or to ensure the integrity and operation of E5hosting's business and systems, E5hosting may access and disclose any information it considers necessary or appropriate, including, without limitation, user profile information (i.e., name, e-mail address, etc.), IP addressing and traffic information, usage history, and content residing on E5hosting's servers and systems. E5hosting also reserves the right to report any activity that it suspects violates any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or other appropriate third parties.

            Pretty standard... but I will get my attorneys to maybe see if I can change that to " if served with search warrants "... If I can, I will .

            But again, I looked at one other host that was in a thread were I was and got pretty similar terms.
