Yeah...we had a bout of this crap in NZ a while back!

I got hit this week for a grand. Gonna take about 2 weeks to do the investigations and possibly get it back. I'm in Van and they took it out in Montreal.
When I went to the bank, there were like 7 other people in the same branch with the same issue. They musta been collecting them for a while for one quick hit. Fuckers.

one of private banks even started pay $500 reward to anyone who will find similar crap added to their ATMs for scam cardholders.

cant be done here - we had this and the equipped all ATMs with a warning AND pic of the original reader AND a big plastic slot over the reader so nothing can be put on

you forgot :

blank cards, and a writer.

1. mag reader ( smallest ever made = 600 bucks )
2. Heavy duty reader + writer = 300 bucks
3. stack of blank cards= (25 bucks )
4. mini wireless 10 channel cam + reciever = 200- 900 bucks)

the equipment is available legally everywhere.

but anyone attemptin this must be good with their hands, as far as designing and building things from scratch.

That's way is good before putting card into ATM to see is there anything strange.Also good is to go to ATM which have camera installed.

How do you make paper mashe out of flour, salt, and water?

Answer:
FLOUR PASTE: Traditional papier mache paste is made from a mixture of flour, salt and water.

An exact formula for the flour paste is not possible as the desired consistency will vary for each user and what it is used for.

Bring a small pot of water to the boil. Turn off the heat. Slowly stir in flour (breaking up the lumps as you go) until you have the consistency of thick, smooth library paste. Optionally, add ¼ cup of table salt to a quart of paste. Allow to cool. Use. That's it!

Only make enough flour paste for one or two sessions, otherwise it might spoil on you. Store it for the second day in a covered container in the refrigerator.

they build a fake face with their own embedded card reader. secure it to the atm.

as you slide ur card in, it goes throughTHERE card reader, then into the banks atm reader.

Bang! now your entire card data is stored on the reader.

you punch in your pinn # , yet little do you know that either on top of the atm or on the side, is a button wireless cam transmitting YOUR FAT LITTLE STUBBY FINGERS pressing in your code.

they park a car within a good distance of the atm they setup, along with a camcorder wired to the button cam reciever recording everyone who punches in ther pins.


they set everything up, leave, come back the next day, take everything apart, clean up, and head off to there pc where they extract the data ,match it to the pins from the video, clone cards, and off to the atm they go!

and a bank atm is useless. u will find that cams in decent or upper class areas are either non functional or of low grade than the cams in a high crime area.

besides, a ring of copper and silver wire worn diffuses the atm cam.
