    Hitting a plataeu

I'm getting rather frusturated here. I seem to be hitting a plataeu in term of how much money I am making. I'm trying all kind of stuff but nothing is working..

Anyone else ever hit one of these?

I haven't yet, maybe for a few months but then the projects start making more money.

A good friend shared this quote with me: "There are three phases of every business. The rise, the plateau, and the fall. The plateau is not such a bad place to be."

I've got a big mainstream thing I'm working on which I hope blows up, but my porn stuff is just kind of stuck.

The plataeu isn't bad if its like 10K a month, but im more like 4K and I think I can do better.

I like that way of thinking.

are you doing galleries? freesites? seo stuff? with galleries there is a definite plateau unless you start spending a lot of money on paidspots & whatnot. most people making a lot of money doing galleries have either been doing it a long time and have tons of archive traffic or do a lot of paid spots

I used to do galleries and did 600-900 a month, but it has all turned to dick. I bought submit passes and thy are working for shit.

I get a good listing on one of the biggest TGPs everyday, but I just cant convert it. It's like every thing is so saturated that i don't blame surfers for not signing up. who would? they get everything in the members area for free.

I test out sponsors on that listing and see if I can get something going but no luck.

I thought that too, but I cant justify paid spots when i pretty much get one everyday and i cant convert it.

This is probably your problem right here. To do TGP successfully, you need to be able to have multiple listings on almost all of the big TGP's every day, or at least on a good number of them.

One day I clicked on a big TGP that uses blind link trades and found my galleries on almost every other site that I was traded to. I'm not even one of the really big gallery guys! At least I don't think I am, others may disagree
