I've taken most out.
Like I wrote in my email to them -
'it's sad that in the past year a
company that seemed to be thriving, it manages to be destructed by
two, seemingly childish directors on a powertrip'
I didn't have issues with them until the renewals started screwing up last year and the Customer Support people seemed not only mentally deficient, they were pompous and arrogant. They're going to have to do a shitload to gain customer confidence back. Good Luck to them.
