Saying you are not making anything with CJ is a very broad statement. CJ has 1000's of merchants/advertisers (including one of our sites-
wegivecash.com). You again need to determine what nice you want to promote and then go after those SPECIFIC merchants/advertisers.
There is no magic bullet, which it seems you are trying to find. There are many opportunities in mainstream. You should take the facets of what you have learned in Adult and apply them to mainstream. There are many similarities, however there are many differences.
In addition, base your decisions upon conversions...and don't get lured in just by high payouts. The #1 issue I see publishers make is that they make there decision on the wrong numbers. Look at numbers such as Click thru to conversion ratios and EPC's.
Also keep in mind: 99.9% of Cookie Cutter sites do not work... No matter how much someone may claim they do.
