Depriving your body of proteins and other necessary nutrients is just insane. You're going to be losing what little muscle you probably have at a surprising rate. If you're over 30 like me, putting that back on is going to be even harder after the fact.
I'm sorry, but I can't see any professional anywhere ever recommending this approach. But hey, it's your life ... but it'll make a good story at the gym later today.

Agreed. When I was on a military training program they suggested well balanced diets and rest days. 5 days absolute MAX. They actually suggested 4 hard days and 1 take-it-easy cardio day.
Batts: No offense because I like you but your approach is flawed and you're going to be super depressed when you see your health go down to tubes, start losing hair and gaining weight out of nowhere.
