Will all due respect, no you really don't. From saying you hit the gym 7 days a week, without taking at least one rest day to insisting that eating only fruit and losing 5KG in a week is a sustainable weight managment option, all indications are that you really don't know what's going on.
Depriving your body of proteins and other necessary nutrients is just insane. You're going to be losing what little muscle you probably have at a surprising rate. If you're over 30 like me, putting that back on is going to be even harder after the fact.
I'm sorry, but I can't see any professional anywhere ever recommending this approach. But hey, it's your life ... but it'll make a good story at the gym later today.
