be careful man.... on a fruit/veggie only diet for every kilo 30-40% will be muscle and that's BAD.

If nothing else start drinking 2-3 protein shakes daily with your veggies n shit. hit me up if you want a really good protein shake that's got 55grams of protein per serving and only 260 calories
