The guy's an idiot that deserves jail time.
Most people can tell the differrence between a TV and and live sound.
The TV would have to be at full blast and be a wide screen to make as much noise as a real screaming woman not to mention the real sound of bumps and foot movement comming thru the walls from a struggle.
