                          I was on hold for 45 minutes yesterday with my ISP, and it wasn't even outsourced (probably the reason I had to wait for 45 minutes before anyone even answered).

                                          I build my own computers and coded my own os. No support problem there.

                                                      I think Abu gets around...think I had him for tech support once somewhere. I would have asked to speak to a level 2 tech, but it was obvious Abu could not speak English enough to do it
