Looking for an affiliate Managment script.

1. I need a script that can build my affiliate program around. Screw cascading, I want it to simply work with Ccbill. Why? I do NOT want to be bothered with sending out checks by hand every week. For me this seems to be the downfall of every affiliate program I have tried. I want this to be simple. I don't want to have to have one bank account load up another bank account for a third party company to send out my checks, I simple want to continue having ccbill send out the checks, like they have done for the past 4 years without issues.

2. I don't want to have to have a dedicated server to just run the affiliate script on. I'm not a big enough company to need this. I have 4 terabytes of bandwidth now and only use 33% of it.

3. I want it to use the existing ccbill information. I want to easy for people to sign up to it, but I want to option of being able to quickly see accounts thats are fake, cheating whatever so they can be removed. I'm also interested in going the invite only.

4. I want it simple! Having a background in computers does not mean I'm a Unix guru. I want the company that sells me this script to have it COMPLETELY up and running and making sales before they move on to something else. I want step by step instructions on how to use the script, but foir the most part I want it to be hands off as ccbill is now.

5. I want it to support hosting gallery's using streaming FLA. This includes making it work with a FLA streaming server.

6. I want a price, a time frame for the COMPLETED project and someone that can offer support if needed.

Anything out there like this?
