Jonathan Ian Burns, 25, has been indicted on first-degree murder, kidnapping, sexual assault and weapons misconduct in connection with the case. Hartman was last seen Jan.28 while on a date with Burns, the first date of her life, according to family.
Burns has admitted having sex with Hartman and maintains he dropped her off afterward to meet up with family.
