      my realtor helped me find a lender.. they are good like that since they want to get that sale

          I went to my local bank. I refinanced in the fall with a no-doc loan. I didn't refinance when the rates were low (got lazy) so my rate is actually lower than it was when I bought with full documents Plus I cashed out a bit and bought some more RE with it ;)
