    Pic of looter shot by police..

    A man bleeds from his wounds after he was shot by NOPD SWAT when he ran from them with a gun on the I-10 overpass near the Superdome. They had reports of looters using stolen Kentwood water trucks to rob and kill people and this man was in one.

                                                                                                              they do here. At a shooting scene, medical personal will not even roll onto the block until everyone is cuffed or detained in some way.

                                                                                                                                      You be surprised how little a gun shot affects some people. Last year at the Detroit River fireworks, a guy got shot in the back and didn't even know. Its so fast and sometimes just doesnt hit a sensative or major area.

                                                                                                                                      I'm sure t hurts and he feels it, but it may not be as critical as you think. Depends on what kind of gun was used too.
