I've been considering producing adult video content for a while now, and I'm finally going to do it since I have a good investor ready to go. What I need to give him is a plan as to how I can make it work safely and legally.
We want to get started by making videos of hetero couples fucking. Nothing else. We also want to do it the most basic way, with amateur performers (couples, pref.), doing short segments. It shouldn't cost too much. I see a lot of sites around licensing content for adult websites, it sounds like that could be a good deal - either selling content to them or for commission.
We're in Seattle, WA, which I hear has liberal obscenity laws, but we are going to need solid legal advice. The investor guy has too much to lose.
