It's driving me nuts atm, not going to mention names because they're a great group, but god DAMN it's taking them weeks to do a few php things that woj or some other Ace could have done in two hours.

I'd be willing to bet that only 10% of all GFY webmasters/scripters/designers/etc make $100k or more per year, and the main thing holding them back is their lack of discipline. But they think it's because they "weren't in the industry when it was easy back in 97" lol...
