hey. i had a question. *now, i'm just asking a question - and yes i believe he should take it down as well*.....but, how do those shows on HBO that are documentary's about prostitutes (i believe in Atlantic City) film those girls giving blowjobs (u can see the act but they blur a liittle) or fucking guys (this is seen from a distance but u cannot see the act itself). anywho, how are they able to film (and profit) this when alot of these girls SAY that they are users (of whatever drug they like 2 use). I'm not saying that all of these girls are using but a bunch are and they are nasty and have obviously been through alot of shit in their lives. I was wondering if someone could explain that? Does the producer really know whether the girls ARE or ARE NOT on drugs at the time of filming & at the time of signing a release? Some of the girls even SAY that they hook to feed their addiction.
*again, i agree his content should be removed but i'm curious if anyone has any insight into why it's okay for HBO. WHAT I'M SAYING IS EVERYTHING THESE GIRLS DO IS ILLEGAL!! PROSTITUTING IS A NO NO IN ATLANTIC CITY YET THIS SHOW & HBO PROFITS FROM THEIR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY!!!!!
holla!!!

You should take all her stuff down. If you knew she was on drugs and high, then you should have known she was not was in the state of mind to sign a release. Plus that is just really fucked up of you to take pics and video of that. You should know better. You will lose in court.AZNewGirl.com

When you film a documentary you are filming real life issues. HBO is protected because they are not doing anything illegal. I highly doubt the producer knows if the girls are on drugs or not. They are filming on the life of prostitutes and what they go through. It is real life and allowed to be fimed and shown on HBO. There is a big difference between a documentary, which is legal to film, and a guy filming in his bathroom.hey. i had a question.
