Call me crazy but, don't you have to give legal consent to be filmed and sign shit? If she was obviously high wouldn't it then be impossible to legally give consent?
Either way like has been said before your lucky lawsuit is the only words used so far. I'd wager jail, or an angry family member might be more troublesome to you.
