Actually PleasurePays (don't know him from adam) was a bit harsh in how he said it (it is GFY), but he really did give you some solid advice. You really need to speak to an adult entertainment lawyer, and learn about Community Standards, and Obscenity prosecutions. Your ads alone looking for models is going to put you in the cross hairs in your state. For you to ask this question (on GFY, instead of hiring a lawyer before diving head first into one of the most "gray area" occupations in America) means that you really are about 20 steps ahead of yourself. California is the ONLY court approved LEGAL place to shoot 2 people that you've paid having sex. And, for your information.... a good chunk of Florida is a BIG NO-NO on even shipping porn too (take a look at the FAQ pages on any adult DVD rental place and you'll see that none of them will ship to Northern Florida).
