    anybody having problems with partner accounts after updating agsql.. heres the fix

    solution:

    upload mysql.pl

    that's it. original update instructions for 3.1.x didn't include this file in what you needed to upload. i figured i should announce this because jmbsoft hasn't and partner accounts are nice things to have.

    i checked up on the patch instructions, and the http headers shows the patch instructions as being created on 09/02/05.. i really hope they were planning on telling us
