Morons in the video biz, they don't understand that webmasters are smart and go to school on stuff like this. It's a great formula, the BOB formula works. The only way to stop them is to step on their throats and not let them up, go for the whole thing in court, resist the temptation to take the easy $250,000 settlement and go for a damage award that will bankrupt them. If you totaled up the number of infringements on some of these sites, multiplied by an average damage award for ONE infringement, it would be staggering what the total award would be. Easily 50 million in the worst cases.

And yeah they could go for some huge payouts but its easy money, offer them a few hundred thousand and they think sweet ;) Its also a lot of work and money hiring lawyers and then they don't know what sort of settlement the courts will give. Anyone know what Perfect10 got off adultcheck???
