I eat at least four fruits and four servings of veggies every day. I keep a pretty strict healthy food diet for bodybuilding. My faves are watermelon, blueberries, bananas, grapes and apples for fruit plus spinach, green beans, wax bean, broccoli, peppers and carrots for veggies.
