Personally I think people are just too stupid. If instead of the doctor telling you "Well you're morbidly obese" they'd just say "you're going to fucking die young cheeserburger creature." then more people might actually get it.
I mean being described as "morbidly obese" just isn't enough? Here's some synonyms for morbid you might recognize: unwholesome, diseased, unhealthy, sick, sickly; tainted, corrupted, vitiated.
Eating won't make you happy. Eating won't cure your boredom. Eating won't make your mother love you more. Eating won't change the dark part of your childhood where your cootchie was in your dad's mouth. Get over it, food isn't happiness.
