She's been going off the deep end lately if you've been following the latest Britney news and the cutting her hair might be a symbolism of a "new beginning" for her.
There's been lots of rumours of her going off the deep end drinking too much lately.
Also, Britney's PERSONAL ASSISTANT and COUSIN Felicia Culotta made a public statement on her blog about Britney:
