I have eaten my fair share of MRE's in the 8 years I was in the Marines and I tell you what often after eating one I wished I had another I cant imagine getting food for the first time in a few days and having to share 1 MRE amongst 7. Very sad indeed
I am soooo glad to see that supplies are starting to come in but how long till they get to the people that are not mobed there at the superdome or convention center.

there are two types of looters there right now!
1. deperate people that have nothing. they havnt eaten or had food in days. Noone is going to open the stores for them to buy food hell the employees are all gone
These people are taking basic nessecities, food water and clothing
2. Looters people that are stealing TV's, jewels, cars, and they are robbing and rapeing people they are taking advantage of the situation These are also the people that live in areas you dont go into in NO even when there is not a crisis.
These people are carrying guns and using them to thier advantage to continue thier criminal activity These are the people that will be shot. They are criminals and will be delt with.
I feel for the citizens of the area that are normal people just trying to survive.Comment
