It's typical gfy. If someone does something wrong, there are always a tail of spineless people defending the scammer. Look at the AFF-Zango issue as an example. E-passporte does not answer mail or phone when a customer has big problems with disappearing money! The other day I paid for traffic by wire transfer from my bank, it took one day! Not three weeks! The wire payouts from Verotel take four days.
One good thing is that those people will lose their funds sooner or later. One rule of the thumb I learned the hard way is to stop doing business with anyone who does not manage customer service!
In the Ibill affair, I left them as soon as they did not answered my mails. And my paysite did not lost any money when they get bust.
