I can see two potential problems here-

1. Copyright violation. The copyright most likely rests with the person holding the camera, unless they have signed a form saying they assign or relinquish copyright.

2. Use of a likeness without a release. The person(s) featured in the photos ARE identifiable (eventually) and their image is being used for commercial gain.
