Two popular ones are WP Shortstat http://blog.happyarts.de/wp-shortstat/ (the original one from Shaun Inman doesn't work with WP 2.xx) and Firestats http://firestats.cc/
Both aren't perfect and only good for some general analysis of top referrers, search terms, etc., but nothing in depth like server stats. -
If you want something that works inside wp, use wp-slimstats. It is very basic, though.
The best is Google Analyticator, which enables your blog to link with the free Google Analytics. Awesome detail for free.
