My ruling on this...
I see possibly under aged pics of fully clothed teenagers. But in many of them they appear to be in college dorms so guessing the ages of fully clothed girls is a waste of time.
As for the paysite. Their 2257 page is not in the proper format and does not have the proper data in it. Also many pages on the website do not have 2257 notices but do have pornography on them. That is not good.Comment

Well one thing is for sure, a lot of the pics in question on those galleries are "not" sponsor provided or "bought" content from a content provider. Looks like he has been grabbing pics off user groups or where ever else he can find them on the net and using them for this site.
While it's hard to tell if any are underage, I'd have to question a few myself and I'd bet they likely are. The one's in question IMO don't contain nudity but still I think using them on an adult site could be breaking some sort of law, specially because a few are posing in sexually provocative poses.

My opinion:
The images that I looked at are not CP
However, it's probably not too sensible promoting a site with ripped pics either. Don't forget you're dealing with a sponsor that steals content and has no model releases. (This is a generic comment, I have no idea whether Franck's sponsor specifically does this)Comment

I can see two potential problems here-
1. Copyright violation. The copyright most likely rests with the person holding the camera, unless they have signed a form saying they assign or relinquish copyright.
2. Use of a likeness without a release. The person(s) featured in the photos ARE identifiable (eventually) and their image is being used for commercial gain.Comment
