X3 is a piece of shit, stay far away. If you're happy with the FX, stick with it, especially if you'be had a good experience with the car and the overall ownership experience.
My gf has a little SLK - all I can say is that you pay to the tits for MB and the quality is just average and the cost of ownership is astronomical - You really gotta want that little 3 pointed star to justify the premium..
