My mother has always been in to luxury vehicles. She's had Lexus, Porche, BWM, Jaguar just to name a few. She used to change vehicles every 6 months to a year ... Until she bought a Mercedez. Ever since that she's only ever bought Mercedez.

i liked test driing the ml500 and ml320

haven't been in the bmw x3 yet.

I'd check out the Mercedes GL450 if I were you

The new BMW X5 hasn't changed much other than getting a little larger inside. I have driven the X3 and it's a big piece of shit, the only thing good about that truck is the stereo.

You might also want to check out the new Escalade

I am looking at picking up a new Escalade ESV as soon as I can lease bust my Infiniti M45 Sport.

X3 is a piece of shit, stay far away. If you're happy with the FX, stick with it, especially if you'be had a good experience with the car and the overall ownership experience.

My gf has a little SLK - all I can say is that you pay to the tits for MB and the quality is just average and the cost of ownership is astronomical - You really gotta want that little 3 pointed star to justify the premium..

Not sure what you got against Lexus, but my 400h drives like a dream. Although it's a little pricey compared to the BMW and Infinity. The only problem I have with Lexus is their customer service I found to be shit. BMW had great service.

My sister had an X3 for a year and traded it in on an X5.. Her opinion,was that the X3 was to small,bumpy and underpowered.

I have a Porsche CayenneS, I just got a few months ago and so far it's a major upgrade over the ML350 I traded in on it. The ML seemed like a truck,where the Cayenne is a lot more like a car. Cayenne has done great in the snow.

I've heard about people doing this recently.... A lot of people think getting the X3 is just as good as the X5 but cheaper. Not the case... there's a huge difference

Dude ... since you already have an Infiniti and you like it ... and since you want a 4x4 why dont you get this:

QX56 its great and has tons of space and power. Built quality is better than anything else in its class including Escalade and Navigator.
