fuck these idiots, they took over my account from ideal bandwidth and i was promised the heaven earth and everything that is inbetween.
so far after 8 downtimes this month they expect 420$ for the downtimes....
tried to reach both michael and rommel for 7 days now on icq and no-one answering. Went to live chat and im getting a few bs answers and then the guy just vanishes in thin air
tried to phone them but for one or the other odd reason their number listed on the site work for me
So the only way to reach these asses seems to be to post here and rant about them.
aight two server changes, first one was a real mess needed around 4 or 5 sync to get my shit to work.
box goes down 8 times on me and then they decide to do something about it, now that box has been up now for 5 days in a row and they expect me to pay 420$ for that, thats imho bullshit.
