Trafficholder - WHAT THE FUCK?

24 hours ago, I transferred more than $100 via EPassporte to Trafficholder.

This was my 4th or 5th time I bought traffic from them, so I know the routine pretty well. However, after almost an hour went by, I noticed that my account balance was not reflecting the new money, so I sent in a support ticket.

Several HOURS later, I got a response. It asked "What payment system did you use"? I responded immediately - a 6:05pm EST. 14 1/2 hours ago.

At 6:43am EST, I submitted a NEW ticket asking them WTF is going on. I just logged in to check the status and the ticket is marked as "Deleted". I assume, rather optimistically that my balance is now up to date. So I log into the trafficholder site and it still doesn't show my corect balance.

So, rather than actually solve my problem, they decide to delete the ticket without answering me? WHAT THE FUCK?!?

Trafficholder folks - you need to respond to people in a timely manner to let them know what is going on. If things are messed up, if the system is out of whack, or whatever the problem is, just let people know! Deleting tickets without giving a response is unacceptable.

You can either give me my money back, or fix my balance.
