    very strange referrer situation (nats) tell me what is up??

    so an hour ago i had about 200 hits for the first 4 hours of september to a specific site. now i have almost 3,000 raws and 1,000 uniques but when i click thru to see the referrers there's only one url listed and it's http://www.avantbrowser.com/ but the weirdest part is that it only shows one hit from there. the rest show no referrer at all. what is up? obviously nats has tracked something or the hits would not be in my stats, but where could they be coming from with no referrer??

    i run quite a few sponsors with nats and always see a little discreption with clicks and refs but never anything close to this.

              i was mainly talking about ghots refs
              sometimes i will get a couple

              and i seem to get my share of avent browser hits too
              but nothing like what your experiencing

                  I've had that happen too (the ghost refs). It starts on one of my fake TGPs, and then carries over through the banner to NATS. I'm into filming naked chicks and shit, so I don't know what I'm talking about at all, but I think it's a hitbot. Anyone know?

                      just found a couple new listings on big sites so that explains the traffic.. and i forgot i setup the 404 to go directly to the tour with my link code.. so are all those hits just people trying to folder browse?? seems like it's a lot.

                      would that produce these kind of results within my stats?
