First, let me say I appreciate the time you put into actually creating a intelligent response, and the point was in response to blanket statement that Epass has poor customer service across the board and it's simply not the case...

Just because you have a problem does not make you a "hater", but I was referring more to the mob of sig whores, that most likely never even dealt with Epass or any other company for that matter, to jump on board when someone does have a issue and talk trash about how fucked up they are. I know personally that we have had people bash our program and talk about "pulling links" when they aren't even a affiliate of ours because of some issue someone else is having, and we aren't alone in that.
I know that arguing with a idiot(s) clearly blurs the line of who the idiot is, but I just think that it sucks that GFY has become such anti-business bashing community, it was clearly not the intention when we started it. So sometimes it just fun to mix it up a bit, because we aren't likely to put the genie back in the bottle...
