EP is in every practical sense a reseller for an offshore bank and that bank handles the actual financial transactions. Since we are talking electronic transactions, they are going to work as well as anyone else hooked into the banking network. Why wouldn't the service generally be as good as any similar operation?

EP themselves only handle enquiries, requests to open accounts and issue new cards, etc. I cannot imagine that the volume amounts to even 5% of all the business which is done in their name. In other words, they could mishandle 50% of what they deal directly with (and they surely don't come close to that) and still 98% of "Epassporte" total transactions would be handled properly.

In other words, the odds are very heavily in favor of any one individual never having a problem. So what is the point of telling everyone you are lucky enough to be one of those individuals? Surprize, surprize, there are lots more like you around, but does that make the problems other people have suffered any less real?

Especially since we only read complaints from a fraction of the people who have problems, seems to me that smarter than calling those who do "haters", would be to hope they have some positive impact. Maybe then your trouble-free experience will continue...
