Are you sure Brutal Truth isn't your ex in disguise? Seriously I wouldn't waste a second telling an ex what was going on in my life unless I missed her and wanted her back. Even then I would just tell her..."I miss you and I want you back!" If he had an ounce of confidence in himself he wouldn't give a rat's ass what you were doing. Just send him a link to a video on your site and say, "Yeah, I'm doing ok for myself, too!"
