okay i red almost all this and thinkx i must say man, when you have a bussiness that makes you nice cash, man first move everything to the new host, make sure some days passes so that all dns are updated and after that cancell the old host... if needed, buy another month with the old host to make sure all will be okay... sorry for your lose...

I am confused.
While at oxeo, let's say your IP was 66.94.234.13
At your registrar, you have your DNS servers set to NS1.oxeo.com and NS2.oxeo.com (or whatever they are). Before you remove your site from Oxeo, you get your other hosting setup, get the name servers, and then change the DNS settings in your registrar to NS1.newhost.com and NS2.newhost.com. You wait for that to propogate worldwide, and then you cancel your hosting account at oxeo. You don't lose any traffic because the only DNS that still has your domain pointing at the old IP was the oxeo records, and i really can't imagine too many of your surfers using Oxeo as their ISP.
I'll fully admit that i'm no tech genius. But i've managed to successfully move sites like above and have never had an issue. Am i missing something?26 + 6 = 1Comment

So let me translate:
You said "cancel me" they went ahead and did it... and you were like "dude what the fuck! my site went down!" because he hadn't waited for DNS to propegate to the new webhost.
And I guess you 'wanted' oxeo to point THEIR dns servers to the new host... but they aren't obligated to do that. It would be nice of them, but it's not their responsibility. As far as deleting the A Records, they don't have to delete shit. Why? Only those using Oxeo DNS on their desktops will still see your site as being hosted at Oxeo.
So you fucked up the server move. You need to point your domains to the new host and give it a WEEK before you call your 1st host to cancel.
Quit crying. Oxeo wasn't at fault, dude. All they do is add your domain to their A Records to allow your domain to resolve to the correct IP address. Once you change your domain records and give those records a week to propegate to the new host, you're off and running. Competely SEAMLESS. You basically jumped the gun with the move.

This is really getting out of hand, I didn't want to get involved yesterday aside from making my statement because I thought you were talking out of frustration. Now it seems to me that you're just being spitefull. You are making accusations that we somehow screwed up your move and took down your server early, that is completely false since you were still connecting to the server on Sunday.
fact: Saturday Aug 27 at 06:07 - You changed your domain's DNS servers to the new host
fact: Sun Aug 28 around 6:00 pm - You deleted all your websites and content through the FTP account
fact: I gave you extra time on your server to have a smooth transition to your new host.
The "apache error page" your visitors saw after that is the standard directory listing denied error since your domain content was gone. When we noticed the downtime of your websites on sunday, our support personal looked into your server and also spoke to you via ICQ where you responded that your server "is empty it would be taken down today but you can take it down now already"
Yes I offered to host your paysites, I even offered to give you free time on the server and have my guys copy over all your content and scripts and charge you ONLY if we were 100% able to copy everything to your satisfaction.
Yes I removed your "admin" access, but that "admin" access is just a login to the billing panel, you CANNOT make server or DNS changes there. You said we refused to give you access to it again, but support personnel do NOT have access to your billing panel, they cannot make changes there. I spoke to you a few days before that and I told you I was going to set your account as cancelled so that our system does not send you out an invoice and you said you were ok with that. I'm sorry for the miscommunication if I somehow left you under the impression that you were going to get access to the billing panel after your account has been set as cancelled, but that in NO WAY effected your server. Had you sent a ticket to [email protected] or an email to me directly I would of enabled your access to the billing platform right away.Best Regards,

It took 1 sec to get server admin removed so it could also take 1 sec to reinstall it, but nah Mike @ Oxeo rather kicked us in the back.
