I had this really good work out program set up for me during the summer. I would wake up at 5AM and jog for around 30 min.Go home do some push-ups and sit-ups, as many sets as you can, then for breakfast wash as many fruits as possible (strawberries, mangos, apples, pears, bananas, grapes, oranges...) just wash and clean. Put in blender as much as blender could handle and blend!! Add some milk (just a lil' enough to get the stuff liquidy,, cuz it will be thick) and fill a couple of empty water bottles and have for the rest of the day for breakfast and lunch.

Excellent way to diet. Purchase a step counter and do 20 000 steps a day as much as possible and you will loose!!!
During the winter now, i usually do my workout in the evening.
