a general rule of thumb when it comes to dieting for fat loss...
carb high before physical activities.. (so say it's 11:00 am, its OK to eat carbs assuming you're going to be activte at 1 to 4 pm)...
so you obviously want to avoid foods high in carbs before sleeping.
morning foods it's OK to eat foods that have carbs as it will provide you fuel for the rest of your day, including mental activity.. never go the no carb route. (just make sure they're clean carbs like fruits / veges)...
