I would submit galleries to mgp/tgp sites and buy top spots on the biggest sites at first. Then maybe give p2p a shot.

Seems like people dont have much faith in the porn industry. Obviously its hard to loose in Real Estate these days but ROI is too slow.

I would say a house assuming you are in an area that property value is not decreasing.
