                                                                                                                  Her entire existence will be meaningless and full of pain and suffering. The only way she'll survive is through constant "enhancement" operations. She'll be constantly embarrassed, laughed and pointed at wherever she goes. Someone will probably have to follow her for the rest of her life, feed her (through the stomach), dress her, wash her, etc.

                                                                                                                  If they think it's hard for her now, they should wait until she ages enough to understand her deformation and how other's react to it.
