I have made COUNTLESS attempts to contact you in regards to content purchased during your $5 content sale. When the content was purchased by myself, I was told that if the 2257 proverbial shit hit the fan, that all documents would be included. When the announcement was made that the 2257 law had fallen into place, you told me that I would have all the docs.
As the days passed, I was sent a link to only about ½ of the docs. You had assured me that the missing docs would be uploaded after a few days time. This never happened. As it stands, I have half of the docs, scenes with 2 people that only have docs for 1 performer, and $300 worth of $5 content that is totally unusable until I have decent records in my hand. Another $150 was purchased by Sherm (as we were using this for our sites), and his documents are incomplete as well.
We have been trying to contact you since June. We have attempted to send emails, ICQ?s, etc. and either I get no reply or you tell me to email you. In which I have done countless times and no response. Taking it to the boards was something I never wanted to do, but it seems as if this is my only option since I can not get a straight answer from you or an email back with the rest of the docs I need.
If these documents cannot be provided in the next day, can I please be refunded that $300 and the $150 to Sherm? This is a sincere request, as sitting on 95 scenes is pretty pointless without the right documents. This is such a small amount of money, and I?d hate for this to be a problem for either one of us. Please either link me to the complete documents, or send an epassporte payment for $450 to [email protected]. Once this is resolved, I can post the outcome and this can be put behind both of us.
